West States Energy has a fully integrated formal Health and Safety Program in place which has been reviewed and accepted by the pipeline operators and is in full compliance with OSHA , ENERGY WORLD NET, VERIFORCE and ISNETWORLD. The management team of West States Energy has a long standing commitment to maintain the highest standards for employee safety and health while dovetailing with our customer’s health, environmental and safety programs.
West States Energy has an approved anti-drug and alcohol misuse prevention plan, recently audited by NCMS, to reduce accidents that result from the use of control substances, thereby reducing the possibility of fatalities, injuries, and property damage by employees who perform covered functions for operators of certain pipeline facilities subject to 49 CFR Parts 192, 193 and 195.
West States Energy adheres to a strict and fully integrated Quality Control Program, realizing the importance of Federal reporting regulations, and customer driven QAQC and DOT reporting requirements.
